摘要
以汉钢公司炉前实验室为平台,采用ARL3460直读光谱仪分析钢中氮,通过对制样方式、分析条件选择、干扰元素校正、工作曲线调校等进行研究,提出了一种直读光谱快速定量检测钢中氮含量的方案,采用生产试样比对光谱仪分析氮的结果和ONH-2000氮的结果,实践表明该方案可行.
Abstract
Using the furnace front laboratory of Hansteel Company as a platform,the ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer was used to analyze nitrogen in steel.Through research on sample preparation method,analysis condition selection,interference element correction,and work curve calibration,a scheme for rapid quantitative detection of nitrogen content in steel using direct reading spectroscopy was proposed.The results of nitrogen analysis by the spectrometer were compared with those of ONH-2000 nitrogen using production samples.Practice has shown that this scheme is feasible.
