摘要
通过对T10A材料弹簧片外观形貌、化学成分分析、力学性能、显微组织、扫描电镜断口形貌观察,并结合一定的热处理工艺试验进行分析,确定了弹簧片断裂原因.结果表明,T10A材料回火脆性是导致弹簧片外场发生批次性断裂的根本原因.
Abstract
By analyzing the appearance,chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure,and scanning electron microscope fracture morphology of T10A material spring sheets,and combining with certain heat treatment process experiments,the cause of spring sheet fracture was determined.The results indicate that the tempering brittleness of T10A material is the fundamental reason for batch fracture of spring sheets in the external field.
