Corrosion Behavior of GH907 Alloy and Evaluation of Protective Coating Performance
GH907 alloy has shown excellent performance in high-temperature application environment,especially in aviation engine components.However,under prolonged high temperatures,the alloy may exhibit corrosion behavior in the absence of antioxidant elements.In response to this,the corrosion behavior of GH907 alloy and the performance evaluation of corresponding protective coatings were studied.Research has found that through the use of solid-state aluminum infiltration technology,it is possible to form a oxide film mainly composed of α-Al2O3 and Fe(CoAl)2O4 on surface of GH907 alloy,which effectively improves its corrosion resistance.This coating not only increases the corrosion resistance of the alloy,but also provides it with a longer service life.This study provides an effective solution for the long-term high-temperature use of GH907 alloy in the aviation industry.
