铁矿石强磁选脱泥-反浮选技术的应用研究

铁矿生产过程中混磁精矿再磨溢流粒度极细且其中的泥沙含量大,按目前浓缩后直接反浮选的方法药剂成本高、浮选能耗高、精矿质量难以保证.为了解决此些问题,提出了一种再磨溢流强磁选脱泥-反浮选新技术,该方案能够通过三盘强磁选机抛出产率为25.84%、TFe品位为13.67%的尾矿,从而减少了浮矿量.应用实践表明,技术优化后,能够将TFe的品位提升到64.6%,将回收率提升到88.14%.
Research on the Application of High Intensity Magnetic Separation Desliming Reverse Flotation Technology for Iron Ore
In the production process of iron ore,the overflow particle size of mixed magnetic concentrate is extremely fine and the sediment content is high.According to the current method of direct reverse flotation after concentration,the cost of reagents is high,the flotation energy consumption is high,and the quality of the concentrate is dificult to ensure.In order to solve these problems,a new technology of re grinding overflow strong magnetic separation desliming reverse flotation has been proposed.This scheme can produce tailings with a production rate of 25.84%and a TFe grade of 13.67%through a three disc strong magnetic separator,thereby reducing the amount of floating ore.Application practice has shown that after technological optimization,the grade of TFe can be increased to 64.6%,and the recovery rate can be increased to 88.14%.
