为了提供工作面煤柱回采率,有利于矿压控制以及资源回收,龙王沟煤矿通过技术研究,对612辅运顺槽围岩力学性质进行分析,并利用数值模拟的方法在不同工况条件下预留煤柱应力以及围岩变形进行分析.研究结果表明:612辅运顺槽煤体抗压强度平均值19.25 MPa,应力场类型为σv>σH>σh型应力场,确定612辅运顺槽预留小煤柱宽度为8.5 m,在该煤柱宽度下卸压前后巷道顶底板移近量在300 mm 以下,两帮移近量在400 mm以下.
Optimization Design of Small Coal Pillar Size for 612 Auxiliary Transportation Trough in Longwanggou Coal Mine
In order to provide the recovery rate of coal pillars in the working face,which is conducive to mine pressure control and resource recovery,Longwanggou Coal Mine analyzed the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock of the 612 auxiliary transportation channel through technical research,and used numerical simulation methods to analyze the stress of the reserved coal pillars and the deformation of the surrounding rock under different working conditions.The research results show that the average compressive strength of the 612 auxiliary transportation channel coal body is 19.25 MPa,and the stress field type is σ v>σ H>σ h-type stress field.The reserved small coal pillar width for the 612 auxiliary transportation channel is determined to be 8.5 meters.Under this coal pillar width,the displacement of the top and bottom of the roadway before and after unloading is less than 300 mm,and the displacement of the two sides is less than 400 mm.
