矿井低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采关键技术探析

针对山西某矿3号煤层透气性差、矿物杂质多、内部应力大、瓦斯含量高、存在瓦斯抽采浓度低以及瓦斯难抽采的问题,基于3号煤层情况与试验工作面概况,提出了采用水力压裂与煤层酸化相结合的方式来提高瓦斯抽采浓度的策略.试验结果表明:应用该策略后,煤层内杂质变少,煤层透气性明显提高.与未采取该措施的区域相比,瓦斯抽采浓度提升2.5~3倍,瓦斯抽采纯量整体提升1.5~3倍,煤层瓦斯抽采效率大幅提高,可为类似工况下煤层瓦斯高效抽采提供参考.
Exploration of Key Technologies for Gas Extraction from Low Permeability Coal Seams in Mines
In response to the problems of poor permeability,high mineral impurities,high internal stress,high gas content,low gas extraction concentration,and difficulty in gas extraction in the No.3 coal seam of a certain mine in Shanxi,based on the situation of the No.3 coal seam and the overview of the experimental working face,a strategy combining hydraulic fracturing and coal seam acidification is proposed to improve the gas extraction concentration.The experimental results show that after applying this strategy,the impurities in the coal seam decrease and the permeability of the coal seam significantly improves.Compared with the areas where this measure was not taken,the gas extraction concentration increased by 2.5~3 times,and the overall pure gas extraction volume increased by 1.5~3 times.The efficiency of coal seam gas extraction was significantly improved,which can provide reference for efficient coal seam gas extraction under similar working conditions.
