摘要
随着全球经济发展的新局面和中国"一带一路"倡议的推进,开展国际化布局成为国内钢铁企业进一步发展的必由之路.结合国内外相关产业政策及钢铁行业特点,深入探讨了钢铁企业国际化发展的意义、实施难点及实施路径,重点从国际化战略、管理体系、产业链协同、人才建设等方面分析,提出钢铁企业国际化实施的具体路径方式,为国内钢铁企业海外发展提供参考.
Abstract
With the new situation of global economic development and the promotion of China's"the Belt and Road"initiative,international layout has become the only way for domestic steel enterprises to further develop.Based on relevant industrial policies at home and abroad and the characteristics of the steel industry,this paper deeply explores the significance,implementation difficulties,and implementation paths of internationalization development of steel enterprises.The focus is on analyzing internationalization strategies,management systems,industry chain collaboration,talent construction,and other aspects.Specific path methods for the internationalization implementation of steel enterprises are proposed,providing reference for the overseas development of domestic steel enterprises.
