Implementation and Suggestions for On-site Standardization and Visualization In Metallurgical Enterprises
With the continuous development of steel and metallurgical enterprises,higher requirements have been put forward for the on-site management level of enterprises.Implementing on-site standardization and visualization management can improve the management level of production sites and reduce production costs for enterprises.Taking the storage management of commonly used sealing gaskets in production sites as a case study,this paper elaborates in detail on the steps and processes of promoting on-site standardization and visualization management.In response to the problems in the standardization process,corresponding suggestions are proposed for other enterprises to learn from.
