电炉炼钢中CO2排放量监测及控制研究

摘要
传统电炉炼钢过程中,CO2排放量监测及控制方法仅对CO2排放量进行监测和控制,未对CO2排放特征进行分析,导致传统方法控制效率较低.因此提出对电炉炼钢中CO2排放量监测及控制研究.该研究对电炉炼钢过程中CO2排放特征进行了分析.并根据分析结果,对CO2排放总量进行监测,进而更快速的对CO2排放量进行控制.实验结果表明,该研究方法具有更高的控制效率,具有实际应用价值.
Abstract
In the traditional electric furnace steelmaking process,the monitoring and control methods for carbon dioxide emissions only monitor and control carbon dioxide emissions,without analyzing the characteristics of carbon dioxide emissions,resulting in low control efficiency of traditional methods.Therefore,a study on monitoring and controlling carbon dioxide emissions in electric furnace steelmaking is proposed.This study analyzes the characteristics of carbon dioxide emissions during the electric furnace steelmaking process,and based on the analysis results,monitors the total emissions to control carbon dioxide emissions more quickly.The experimental results indicate that this research method has higher control efficiency and practical application value.
