摘要
桥式起重机作为工业领域广泛应用的设备,其寿命预估对于推进基础工业发展、降低使用成本具有重要作用.基于Palmgrem-Miner线性累积损伤理论,估算交变应力幅下安全疲劳寿命,采用Ansys计算软件,选取了一台桥式起重机进行仿真分析,对起重机使用寿命进行了预估.结果表明,该方法计算准确,为桥式起重机的理论设计寿命提供了一种计算思路.
Abstract
As a widely used equipment in the industrial field,the life prediction of bridge cranes plays an important role in promoting the development of basic industries and reducing operating costs.Based on the Palmgrem-Miner linear cumulative damage theory,the safe fatigue life under alternating stress amplitude was estimated.An Ansys calculation software was used to select a bridge crane for simulation analysis,and the service life of the crane was estimated.The results indicate that the method is accurate in calculation and provides a calculation approach for the theoretical design life of bridge cranes.
