摘要
在渣洗工艺中,夹杂物的碰撞长大和吹氩促进上浮尤为重要.在其他条件不变的前提下,通过延长转炉炉后吹氩时间来增大吹氩量,重点分析不同吹氩量对渣样成分、钢中夹杂物成分、尺寸及平均密度的影响,从而确定最适合目前生产的最佳吹氩量.
Abstract
In the slag washing process,the collision growth of inclusions and the promotion of upward floating by argon blowing are particularly important.Under the premise that other conditions remain unchanged,the argon lowing time after converter is extended to increase the amount of argon blowing,and the influence of different amounts of argon blowing on the composition of slag sample,the composition of inclusions in steel,the size and the average density is analyzed,so as to determine the best amount of argon blowing suitable for current production.
