中间包一次包龄突破的生产研究

中间包包龄高低、寿命长短,直接影响着连铸坯的收得率以及生产组织的连续性和稳定性.通过控制钢液的碳含量和脱氧方式、调整中间包工作内衬的厚度、优化连铸工序,使中间包一次性包龄取得新突破,由平均50 h提高到88 h.其中1号连铸机使用河南洛阳金雅源耐火材料有限公司打结的中间包,连续浇注达到112 h 40 min,连浇300炉,单包产量14 984 t.
Research on the Production of Overcoming the Age of Tundish
The age and service life of the intermediate ladle directly affect the yield of continuous casting billets,as well as the continuity and stability of production organization.By controlling the carbon content and deoxidation method of the molten steel,adjusting the thickness of the working lining of the tundish,and optimizing the continuous casting process,a new breakthrough has been achieved in the one-time service life of the tundish,increasing from an average of 50 hours to 88 hours.The No.1 continuous casting machine uses an intermediate ladle tied by Henan Luoyang Jinyayuan Refractory Materials Co.,Ltd.,with continuous casting for 112 hours and 40 minutes,continuous casting for 300 furnaces,and a single ladle output of 14 984 tons.
