主要阐述了首钢长钢轧钢厂100万t棒材生产线轧机间冷却穿水辊道辊子结构改进的实施过程,对原先使用的悬臂辊形式辊道结构进行了重新改进,有效地改善了轧件表面的质量,延长了辊子的轴承寿命,并且大大降低了故障影响时间,减少了备件的损耗.
Fault Analysis and Improvement of the Water Passing Roller Track Structure in the Rolling Mill of Shougang Changgang Rolling Plant
This paper mainly describes the implementation process of improving the structure of the cooling water through roller in the rolling mill of 1 million tons bar production line of Shougang Changzhi Steel & Iron Co.Ltd.The structure of the cantilever roller form was re-improved,which effectively improved the surface quality of the rolled parts,extended the bearing life of the rollers,and greatly reduced the time of failure.The loss of spare parts is reduced.
