摘要
以连云港兴鑫钢铁有限公司轧钢厂实施备品备件长寿化管理为契机,分析了精轧机出口导卫的失效形式,对精轧机大规格出口导卫采用堆焊修复,小规格出口导卫采用导尖替代的修复方式,有效延长了备件的使用寿命,具有一定的实用价值和推广价值.
Abstract
Taking the implementation of long service life management for spare parts in Lianyungang Xingxin Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.steel rolling mills as an opportunity,this paper analyzes the failure forms of the outlet guide of the finishing mill.For the large-sized outlet guide of the finishing mill,overlay welding is used for repair,while for the small-sized outlet guide,guide tip replacement is used for repair,effectively extending the service life of the spare parts,which has certain practical and promotional value.
