摘要

主要对国内某新建大型高炉开炉工作进行了总结.开炉前,由于制粉系统未竣工,开炉后一直全焦冶炼,影响开炉达产进程.通过科学计算开炉料,并在开炉过程进行精准调剂,用时42 h,高炉各项操作参数逐步稳定,达到了安全开炉的目标.

Abstract

This article mainly summarizes the start-up work of a newly built large blast furnace in China.Before the furnace was opened,due to the incomplete powder making system,full coke smelting continued after the furnace was opened,affecting the process of reaching production.Through scientific calculation of the start-up material and precise adjustment during the start-up process,it took 42 hours to gradually stabilize various operating parameters of the blast furnace,achieving the goal of safe start-up.
