摘要
对唐钢2号高炉进行热风炉制约条件的束缚及高炉操作制度的持续优化,并进行理论系统分析,采取调整烧炉参数、严格执行标准化操作等一系列提高风温的措施,使唐钢2号高炉风温水平得到显著提高,降低了生产成本.
Abstract
By constraining the hot blast furnace conditions and continuously optimizing the operating system of the No.2 blast furnace of Tangsteel,and conducting theoretical and systematic analysis,a series of measures such as adjusting furnace parameters and strictly implementing standardized operations were taken to improve the air temperature level,which significantly improved the production cost of the No.2 blast furnace of Tangsteel.
