摘要
通过分析重钢轧钢厂加热炉单蓄热烧嘴存在的问题,经过改进烧嘴空气喷口、煤气喷口设计以及烧嘴内耐火材料结构,实现了烧嘴本体和烧嘴砖整体浇注,提高了烧嘴使用寿命,彻底解决了煤气单耗和氧化烧损等问题.
Abstract
By analyzing the problems existing in the single heat storage burner of the heating furnace in the Chongqing Iron and Steel Rolling Plant,and improving the design of the burner air nozzle and gas nozzle,as well as the refractory material structure inside the burner,the integral pouring of the burner body and burner brick has been achieved,which improves the service lifespan of the burner and completely solves the problems of coal gas consumption and oxidation burning loss.
