摘要

型钢腹板表面裂纹是型钢的主要缺陷之一,为提高轧制成材率,对裂纹产生机理展开研究,通过优化冷却制度、改进结晶器足辊润滑方式,铸坯裂纹大幅减少,H型钢腹板表面质量合格率显著提高.

Abstract

Surface cracks on the web plate of section steel are one of the main defects.In order to improve the rolling yield,the mechanism of crack generation was studied.By optimizing the cooling system and improving the lubrication method of the crystallizer foot rolls,the cracks on the cast billet were significantly reduced,and the qualified rate of the surface quality of the H-section steel web plate was significantly increased.
