Optimize the Shape Control of Automotive Beam Steel Plates to Improve Product Quality
As one of the pillars of modern industry,with the continuous progress of technology and the continuous development of the market,steel products are no longer just products that meet basic functions,but pay more attention to meeting the segmented needs of specific industries and customers.The automotive,aerospace,and container manufacturing industries have more stringent requirements for steel,proposing higher technical,quality,and performance requirements.From a technical perspective,this paper delves into downstream units of steel enterprises,understands customer needs,and solves key plate shape quality issues in production line products,such as the bow and warping of 420L and 700L automotive beam steel.By visiting the downstream Daliang Steel Kaiping Plant and leveling production line,it aims to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and concerns,with a focus on addressing several issues raised by customers.Based on the specific defects raised by the customer,it returns to the production line,optimizes process control,and improves product quality.
