摘要

为了解决某铁矿主副井井筒延伸时施工效率低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种新的井筒延伸解决方案.利用FJD-6A型伞钻凿岩、光面爆破破岩、HZ-6抓岩机出矸、MJY3.7可移动式金属大模板砌墙方案,实现了铁矿主副井筒的快速掘进.实践应用表明,优化后的井筒延伸工艺能够将井筒的延伸速度提升到89 m/月,比优化前提升了 21.6%,同时岩壁围岩稳定性显著提升.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency and poor safety during the extension of the main and auxiliary shafts in a certain iron mine,a new solution for shaft extension is proposed.The rapid excavation of the main and auxiliary shafts of the iron mine was achieved by using the FJD-6A umbrella drill for rock drilling,smooth blasting for rock breaking,HZ-6 rock grabbing machine for gangue removal,and MJY3.7 movable metal large formwork wall construction scheme.Practical applications have shown that the optimized wellbore extension process can increase the extension speed of the wellbore to 89 m/month,an increase of 21.6%compared to before optimization,and significantly improve the stability of the rock wall and surrounding rock.
