摘要
基于某冶金工厂现场管理工作的基本概况,以车间级基层单位为例,以具体事务管理为方向,对该单位推行现场管理的情况进行了详细阐述.结合管理推进中存在的问题,针对性地分析其原因,并采取相应措施,最后对该工厂的现场管理工作推行效果进行了综合评价.
Abstract
The basic situation of site management in a metallurgical plant is introduced.Taking the workshop level grass-roots unit as an example,taking the specific transaction management as the direction,the implementation of site management situation of the unit is elaborated.Combined with the problems existing in the management promotion,this paper makes targeted analysis and countermeasures.And the implementation effect of the site management of the factory is evaluated comprehensively.
