Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the material distribution on the top of the bell less furnace,such as the angle of the material chute,the opening of the throttle valve,the physical properties of the raw materials,the material loss line,and the mutual influence of the materials inside the furnace,and proposes corresponding solutions to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.
