摘要

以某炼铁厂高炉热风炉烟气脱硫项目实施为背景,介绍末端烟气治理的SDS法、固定床或移动床脱硫工艺、前端煤气治理的微晶吸附工艺等工艺技术路线,对炼铁厂热风炉进行烟气脱硫净化治理,从而保证高炉煤气燃烧使用后热风炉烟气SO2排放达标.该技术方案实施完成后,满足热风炉烟气中SO2排放质量浓度小时均值<35mg/m3.

Abstract

Based on the implementation of the flue gas desulfurization project for a blast furnace hot blast stove in a certain ironmaking plant,this paper introduces the process technology routes for end of pipe flue gas treatment,such as SDS method,fixed bed or moving bed desulfurization process,and microcrystalline adsorption process for front end gas treatment.The hot blast stove in the ironmaking plant is purified and treated for flue gas desulfurization,in order to ensure that the SO2 emissions from the hot blast stove flue gas meet the standards after the combustion and use of blast furnace gas.After the implementation of this technical solution,the hourly average concentration of SO2 emissions in the flue gas of the hot blast stove is less than 35 mg/m3.
