山钢日照公司积极探索适宜5 100 m3高炉的焦炭质量控制标准,减少炉缸死焦堆的堆积.同时,通过优化操作制度、改善炉缸透液性,优化高炉热制度、造渣制度等措施,解决了高炉炉缸活跃性一般,不易接受较高的炉腹煤气量,高炉表现为全压差高,中心气流不活跃,边缘气流易波动的问题,高炉鼓风动能由日常控制的120~125 kJ/s提高到130~135 kJ/s,炉况稳定顺行,高炉各项经济技术指标良好.
Study on the Activity of the Hearth of the No.1 5 100 m3 Blast Furnace in Shangang
Shangang Rizhao Company actively explores suitable quality control standards for coke in 5 100 m3 blast furnaces to reduce the accumulation of dead coke piles in the furnace hearth.At the same time,by optimizing the operating system,improving the permeability of the furnace hearth,optimizing the thermal system and slag making system of the blast furnace,and other measures,the general activity of the blast furnace hearth,which is not easy to accept high gas volume from the furnace belly,and the problems of high total pressure difference,inactive central airflow,and easy fluctuation of edge airflow in the blast furnace have been solved.The blast energy of the blast furnace has increased from the daily control of 120~125 kJ/s to 130~135 kJ/s,and the furnace condition is stable and smooth.The economic and technical indicators of the blast furnace are good.
