Application of Bypass Circulation System in Lubrication System of MORGAN Rolling Mill
The C lubrication of the second high line mainly provides lubrication for key imported equipment such as NTM,RSM,spinning machine and pinch roll.The service life of the rolling mill is reduced due to the emulsification of incoming oil,the pollution of foreign oil,the wear and corrosion of bearings.The rolling temperature is high and the oil viscosity drops sharply,resulting in the burning loss of rolling mill bearings and oil film bearings.In view of the above problems,this paper proposed to add a side circulation system in the C lubrication of the second high line to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
