This article analyzes the key points of the installation and construction process of continuous casting machine equipment,and elaborates in detail on the installation process and technical requirements of the ladle turntable,crystallizer and vibration device,straightening machine,hydraulic system and roller conveyor.By installing the continuous casting machine production line equipment on site,not only did the structure and operating principle of the equipment been fully understand,but also the installation experience is accumulated,laying a foundation for the subsequent normal operation and maintenance of the equipment.
