Analysis and Treatment of Hydraulic Oil Leakage in Rolling Mills in the Metallurgical Industry
Taking the acid rolling unit of the Silicon Steel Division of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.as a case study,this paper analyzes in detail the causes of oil leakage in the hydraulic system of the metallurgical industry.Based on actual equipment operation and maintenance experience,corresponding prevention and control measures are summarized,and a new plan is proposed.This has guiding significance for the metallurgical industry to"reduce costs and increase efficiency"from the perspective of equipment.
