摘要
在连续热镀锌生产中经常发现因锌锅辊系中的沉没辊表面黏渣而导致辊系磨损和镀锌板表面质量缺陷的现象.鉴于此,为了保证镀锌板产品质量和生产效率,设法延长锌锅辊系使用寿命.重点分析影响连续热镀锌生产线锌锅辊使用寿命的原因,并针对性地提出延长锌锅辊系寿命的技术措施.
Abstract
In continuous hot-dip galvanizing production,it is often found that the phenomenon of roller wear and surface quality defects of galvanized sheet are caused by the surface adhesion of the sinking roller in the zinc pot roller system.In view of this,in order to ensure the quality and production efficiency of galvanized sheet products,efforts are made to extend the service life of the zinc pot roller system.Focus on analyzing the reasons that affect the service life of zinc pot rolls in continuous hot-dip galvanizing production lines,and propose targeted technical measures to extend the service life of zinc pot roll systems.
