Research on Three-dimensional Gas Control Technology in Mines
Based on the characteristics of high gas content and high gas pressure in the No.3 coal seam of the 2305 working face,combined with the actual situation of the mine,this paper analyzes the three-dimensional gas control technology used during the excavation and extraction of the mining face roadway.Efficient gas extraction from coal seams in the mining area is achieved through the use of bottom plate through layer drilling,directional long drilling,and layer drilling,eliminating the risk of coal seam outburst and reducing gas emissions during subsequent production periods.During the mining process,gas emission in the goaf is reduced through high-level directional long drilling and pipe insertion.After on-site application,the gas emission during the excavation and subsequent mining of the 2305 working face roadway was within a reasonable range,and there was no gas dynamic phenomenon or abnormal gas emission,which can meet the needs of safe coal mining in the mining face.
