晋能控股装备制造集团寺河煤矿3号煤层瓦斯含量高、煤层开采瓦斯涌出量大、易出现煤与瓦斯突出,严重威胁矿井安全生产.为有效治理该煤层瓦斯,针对该煤层概况与瓦斯赋存情况,采用千米定向长钻机进行顺层钻孔和底抽巷穿层钻孔,对煤层瓦斯进行预抽,形成了综合瓦斯治理技术,开创了寺河煤矿特有的瓦斯治理模式,可为类似工况下对采掘工作面瓦斯进行有效治理提供参考.
Research on Comprehensive Gas Control Technology in Coal Mines
The 3rd coal seam of Sihe Coal Mine,owned by Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,has a high gas content,a large amount of gas emission during coal seam mining,and is prone to coal and gas outbursts,seriously threatening the safety production of the mine.In order to effectively control the gas in this coal seam,a kilometer directional long drilling rig was used to drill holes along the seam and through the bottom drainage roadway based on the overall situation and gas occurrence of the coal seam.Pre-drainage of coal seam gas was carried out,forming a comprehensive gas treatment technology and creating a unique gas treatment model for Sihe Coal Mine.This can provide reference for effective gas treatment in mining working faces under similar working conditions.
