孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩加固技术研究

针对15307工作面回采巷道围岩变形量大的问题,通过对巷帮、顶板进行浅孔、深孔注浆,达到提升岩体整体稳定性及强度的目的,为后续巷道围岩变形量控制创造良好条件.通过对巷帮、顶板采用锚索补强,并对锚索进行全长锚固,提升支护体系与围岩耦合效果.现场应用后,15307工作面回采巷道在采面推进期间顶底板、两帮收敛量分别为258mm、117mm,整体降低了围岩变形量,表明现场使用的巷道围岩加固技术取得较好效果.
Research on Surrounding Rock Reinforcement Technology for Mining Roadway in Island Working Face
In response to the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in the 15307 working face mining roadway,shallow and deep hole grouting was carried out on the roadway side and roof to improve the overall stability and strength of the rock mass,creating good conditions for controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock in the subsequent roadway.By using anchor cables to reinforce the roadway and roof,and anchoring the entire length of the anchor cables,the coupling effect between the support system and the surrounding rock can be improved.After on-site application,the convergence values of the top and bottom plates,as well as the two sides of the mining roadway in the 15307 working face were 258 mm and 117 mm,respectively,during the advancement of the mining face.This overall reduced the deformation of the surrounding rock,indicating that the on-site use of the roadway surrounding rock reinforcement technology has achieved good results.
