Study on Optimization and Improvement of Slime Separation Process in Coal Preparation Plant
Taking a coal preparation plant as an example,an optimization scheme of coal slime separation process is introduced.Based on the actual situation of a coal preparation plant and the current situation of coarse slime separation,the optimization content of coal slime separation process is introduced from the perspectives of feedstock classification and desliming,coarse slime separation technology,coarse slime dewatering technology,and coarse slime separation in middling waste.The optimized slime separation process scheme is applied to the production practice of a coal preparation plant,and it is confirmed that the optimized scheme can effectively improve the economic and other benefits of the coal preparation plant.
