摘要

金相技能是材料类专业学生必须熟练掌握的一项基本技能,也是了解材料的一把钥匙.而磨光是金相试样制备的基础,重点探讨提高金相试样制备磨光效果和效率的方法.通过对试样磨光的难点和缺陷进行深入分析,提出了一种可以显著提高试样制备质量和效率的方法.该方法对制备标准的金相试样有一定的参考意义,并对金相大赛的参赛者具有指导意义,同时也对材料科学研究领域的发展具有一定的推动作用.

Abstract

Metallographic skills were a basic skill that students majoring in materials and it was also a key to understanding materials.Grinding was the basis of metallographic sample preparation,and this paper aimed to explore the methods to improve the grinding effect and efficiency of metallographic sample preparation.Through the in-depth analysis of the difficulties and defects of sample grinding,a method significantly to improve the preparation quality and efficiency of sample was proposed.This method has certain reference significance for the preparation of standard metallographic samples,and has a guiding significance for the participants of the metallographic competition,and also has a certain role in promoting the development of the field of materials science research.
