摘要
钢包滑动水口系统是当前连铸生产中控流的关键部件,其工作状态直接影响到连铸生产的顺利进行.然而在实际生产过程中,钢包滑动水口系统常常会出现漏钢事故.于是从操作原因、滑板机构和钢水冶炼质量三个方面对钢包滑动水口系统常见的漏钢原因进行了分析,并制定了相应的控制措施,以期为连铸安全生产提供一定的指导.
Abstract
The ladle slide gate is an important part of the current ladle flow control,and its working state directly affects the smooth progress of continuous casting production.However,in the actual production process,steel leakage accidents often occur in this system.Therefore,this paper analyzed the common causes of steel leakage in the ladle slide gate system from the three aspects of operation reasons,slide mechanism and molten steel smelting quality,and formulated the corresponding control measures,so as to provide certain guidance for continuous casting safety production.
