摘要
首钢长钢炼钢厂液压剪区域在运行过程中故障频发,严重影响连铸机的生产节奏,通过采取横移车轮固定方式改进、横移车轮轴承安装方式改进、横移油缸活塞杆固定耳板改造、设计高压油管弯折转置等措施,降低了液压剪横移困难、剪切油缸不动作等故障发生的频次,延长了液压剪使用寿命,确保设备稳定运行.
Abstract
The hydraulic shear area of Shougang Changgang Steelmaking Plant frequently malfunctions during operation,seriously affecting the production rhythm of the continuous casting machine.Through measures such as improving the fixing method of the transverse wheel,improving the installation method of the transverse wheel bearing,modifying the fixing ear plate of the transverse oil cylinder piston rod,and designing the bending and rotation of the high-pressure oil pipe,the frequency of faults such as difficulty in transverse movement of the hydraulic shear and non action of the shearing oil cylinder has been reduced,and the service life of the hydraulic shear has been extended to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
