高棒轧制速度提升中故障分析及解决措施

高棒产线轧制Φ12 mm热轧带肋钢筋,随着轧制速度的提升,成品波浪弯缺陷及高速区设备故障明显增加,造成高速区的堆钢问题制约着产能的提升.为了解决上述故障,介绍了高速区系统的控制原理和过程,同时对提速后现场发生的故障进行了分析,并采取相应的预防措施,达到提速后稳定生产及提升产能的目的.
Fault Analysis and Solution in High Bar Rolling Speed Increase
When Φ12 mm hot rolled ribbed bars are rolled in high bar production line,wave bending defects of finished products and equipment failures in high speed zone increase obviously with the increase of rolling speed.In order to solve the problems,this paper introduces the control principle and process of the system in high speed zone,and analyzes the faults occurred in the field after the speed increase.And corresponding preventive measures are taken to achieve the purpose of stabilizing production and improving productivity after speeding up.
