摘要
为了研究低温环境对角钢冲击性能的影响,采用常温、低温冲击试验方法,通过大量试验及数据支撑,得到温度降低时角钢吸收功、冲击强度、脆性断面率的整体变化趋势,确定了角钢化学元素、金相组织、加工尺寸等对冲击性能的影响,完善了公司物理性能检测项目,提高了公司整体检测水平.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of low temperature environment on the impact performance of angle steel,room temperature and low temperature impact test methods were adopted.Through a large amount of experiments and data support,the overall trend of the absorption energy,impact strength,and brittle section rate of angle steel when the temperature decreases was obtained.The influence of angle steel chemical elements,metallographic structure,processing dimensions,etc.on the impact performance was determined.The physical performance testing project of the company and its overall testing level are improved.
