保温罩对高线盘螺微观组织与物性结果影响的研究

在生产高线盘螺产品时,通过风冷后不盖保温罩自然冷却和风冷后盖保温罩缓冷保温两种不同的冷却方式,结合微观组织及物性结果进行对比分析,二者的微观组织均为F+P,试样边部均有少量的魏氏组织(量级相近,等级不同),力学性能无明显变化,拉伸曲线屈服平台均明显,仅从微观组织比较,盖保温罩略优于不盖保温罩.
Study on the Effect of Insulation Cover on the Microstructure and Physical Properties of High-speed Wire Coil
When producing high-speed wire coil products,two different cooling methods were used:natural cooling without an insulation cover after air cooling and slow cooling with an insulation cover after air cooling.Combined with comparative analysis of microstructure and physical properties,the microstructure of both methods was F+P,and there was a small amount of Weinstein structure(similar in magnitude and different in grade)at the edges of the samples.There was no significant change in mechanical properties,and the yield plateau of the tensile curve was obvious.Only from the microstructure comparison,the covered insulation cover was slightly better than the uncovered insulation cover.
