Research on Microstructure Evolution and Heat Treatment Process Optimization of TC6 Titanium Alloy
The microstructure changes of TC6 alloy under different deformation temperatures were observed and analyzed using a metallographic microscope,and the back propagation(BP)algorithm was used to optimize the heat treatment process.The experimental results show that high temperature and high strain rate can promote the growth of the size increases and the content decreases of α phase of TC6 alloy,gradually transforming into β phase.The predicted values after optimizing the heat treatment process have the same trend as the actual values,indicating that the optimized heat treatment process parameters meet the process requirements.This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the preparation and application of titanium alloy TC6,which helps to improve the performance of titanium alloy TC6 and optimize the processing technology.
