摘要
金属颗粒粒径对直接还原产物金属化率、金属与脉石分离等有重要影响,控制还原温度和还原时间是控制金属颗粒粒径最基本的两个手段.理论分析和实验研究了还原温度和还原时间在直接还原过程中对金属颗粒生长的影响规律.结果表明:提高还原温度可以提高金属颗粒的形核和长大速率;延长还原时间可以增大金属原子的扩散距离,促进金属颗粒的迁移聚集.
Abstract
The metal particle size has an important influence on the metallization rate and metal-gangue separation of direct reduction product.The reductive temperature and time are the two basic means of controlling metal particle size.Theoretical analysis and experiments of reductive temperature and time on metal particle growth during direct reduction were investigated.The result indicated that temperature increasement can increase the rate of metal particles nucleation and growth.Time increasement can increase the diffusion distance of metal atoms,promote the metal particles migration and aggregation.
