热基镀锌麻点缺陷研究及控制策略

摘要
针对热基无锌花镀锌板表面易出现"麻点"缺陷,通过SEM能谱及LSCM检测研究了缺陷形貌,并开展感应加热还原气氛对缺陷影响的研究.结果表明:热基板镀锌表面"麻点"缺陷产生原因为基板凹坑和镀层中针孔状缺陷相互作用,导致钢板出锌锅后锌液的流动不均匀;感应加热炉内气氛露点值的异常是针孔状缺陷的主要原因,通过控制钢带入加热炉前表面干燥程度,稳定炉内露点值在-35℃以下,"麻点"缺陷可得到明显改善.
Abstract
In view of the"pitting"defect on the surface of hot-base zinc-free galvanized sheet,the morphology of the defects was studied by SEM and LSCM,and the effects of induction heating atmosphere on the defects were studied.The results show the"pitting"defect on galvanized surface of hot substrate is caused by the interaction of pit in substrate and pinhole defect in coating,which results in the non-uniform flow of zinc solution after the steel plate is discharged from the zinc pot.The main reason of pinhole defect is the abnormal dew point value of atmosphere in induction heating furnace.By controlling the drying degree of the surface of steel strip before entering the heating furnace,the dew point value in the furnace is stabilized below-35 ℃."Pockmarks"defects have been significantly improved.
