以某滨海航天发射场发射塔架轴系为研究对象,利用应力应变测试、力学试验和无损检测技术等手段,对塔架轴系主要部分的焊缝、连接、结构件力学性能和锈蚀状况进行了全面检测,对回转平台、升降平台钢结构进行了静力学加载试验,并利用"冲击脉冲法"对回转平台超低速滚动轴承进行了不解体检测评估.该检测评估数据和结论,对提高发射场地面设备的可靠性、安全性具有重要作用.
Safety Detection and Evaluation of Space Launch Tower Shafting
Taking the launch tower shafting of space launch site as the research object,the welds,connections,mechanical properties and corrosion of the main parts of the tower shafting were comprehensively tested by means of stress-strain test,mechanical test and nondestructive testing technology,and the steel structure of the rotary platform and lifting platform was statically loaded,and the ultra-low speed rolling bearing of the rotary platform was tested and evaluated by"impact pulse method".The test and evaluation data and conclusions in this paper play an important role in improving the reliability and safety of the ground equipment in the launch site.
