利用细磨钛块生产高钛球团试验研究

首钢京唐公司利用矿选细磨钛块得到的自产钛粉进行了生产高钛球团的试验研究,并进行钛球护炉实践.试验结果表明:在大型带式焙烧机焙烧工艺制度下,利用自产钛粉、承德细钛粉、进口铁精粉可生产w(TiO2)在13.0%左右、抗压强度良好的优质高钛球团;所产高钛球团还原膨胀率10.5%,比常规球团低,炉料熔滴性能合适;与钛块直接入炉相比,熟料入炉更利于高炉顺行,实现了高炉在护炉条件下的高效稳定运行.
Investigation on the Production of High Titanium-containing Pellet Using Self-producing Titanium Powder
The production of high titanium-containing pellet using self-producing titanium powder was analyzed in Shougang Jingtang.The result indicates that by the process of straight grate induration machine,the high titanium-containing pellet with TiO2 content of 13.0%and good compressive strength,can be produced using self-producing titanium powder,fine titanium powder from Chengde and imported iron ore.Furthermore,the high titanium-containing pellet has low RSI,which is 10.5%lower than ordinary pellet,and good molten dripping property.Compared the method of protecting hearth lining with titanium ore,the high titanium-containing pellet is better for the smooth of BF.Efficient and stable operation of blast furnaces under protective conditions.
