摘要
基于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法具有分析速度快、准确度高、能同时测定多种元素等优势,系统论述用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析评定硅质耐火材料氧化铝含量的不确定度,并建立相关数学模型,通过对一系列不确定度来源的分析评定,为耐火材料其他元素含量的不确定度分析提供参考.
Abstract
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry has the advantages of fast analysis,high accuracy and simultaneous determination of multiple elements.In this paper,the uncertainty of alumina content in silica refractories was systematically discussed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and the relevant mathematical model was established.By analyzing and evaluating a series of sources of uncertainty,reference is provided for the uncertainty analysis of other element contents in refractory materials.
