华阳一矿岩巷快掘空顶距及支护工艺优化技术研究

为提高华阳一矿8412工作面低位抽采巷的掘进效率,通过理论计算得出合理的空顶距为3.2 m.采用数值模拟对比不同方案下的围岩稳定性,并确定出合理的空顶距为4m,锚杆排距为1 400 mm,锚索布置方式为"2-1-2"式.现场试验结果表明:掘支工艺优化后,巷道顶板的最大下沉量为62 mm,两帮的最大移近量为40 mm,整体变形量较小.巷道月平均掘进速度提高至200 m,较之前提高了近2倍,应用效果显著.
Research on Optimization Technology of Top Distance and Support Technology for Fast Excavation of Rock Tunnel in Huayang No.1 Mine
In order to improve the excavation efficiency of the low level extraction roadway in the 8412 working face of Huayang No.l mine,a reasonable empty top distance of 3.2 m was obtained through theoretical calculation.Numerical simulation was used to compare the stability of surrounding rock under different schemes,and a reasonable gap of 4 m was determined.The anchor rod spacing was 1 400 mm,and the anchor cable arrangement was in the"2-1-2"formula.The on-site test results show that after the optimization of excavation and support technology,the maxi mum subsidence of the roadway roof is 62 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 40 mm,with relatively small overall deformation.And the average monthly excavation speed of the tunnel has increased to 200 m,which is nearly twice as high as before,and the application effect is significant.
