摘要
针对CN高速道岔部件辙叉心轨在热处理工业化生产过程中,有时出现硬度超差的情况,通过对各种影响因素进行试验、研究,排除了不稳定因素,重点对淬火冷却因素进行了深入分析,通过增强控制手段,使心轨热处理通过了型式检验,满足行业标准,保证了产品的优质质量.
Abstract
In response to the occurrence of hardness exceeding the standard in the industrial production process of heat treatment for the frog core rail of CN high-speed turnout components,various influencing factors were tested and studied to eliminate unstable factors,and the quenching and cooling factors were analyzed in depth.By enhancing control measures,the heat treatment of the heart rail has passed the type inspection,met industry standards,and ensured the high quality of the product.
