烧结矿余热罐实验研究综述

烧结矿余热罐回收技术是烧结矿显热高效回收的革命性技术,但目前该工艺尚处工程试验阶段,其冷却机制等关键问题尚需进一步研究.关于烧结矿余热罐回收的研究主要集中在余热罐内气固换热和冷却流体通过料层的阻力特性两个方向.本文综述分析了烧结矿余热罐内气固换热和冷却流体阻力特性的相关实验研究成果,以期为后续烧结矿余热罐的相关研究提供参考和借鉴,为烧结余热回收技术的进一步发展提供方向,并推进其工业化进程.
Experimental Study Review of Sinter-waste Heat Tank
The sinter waste heat tank recovery technology is a revolutionary technology for efficient recovery of sensible heat from sinter,but the process is still in the engineering test stage,and key issues such as its cooling mechanism still need further research.The research on the recovery of the sinter waste heat tank mainly focuses on the gas-solid heat exchange in the waste heat tank and the resistance characteristics of the cooling fluid passing through the material layer.This paper summarized and analyzed the relevant experimental research results of gas-solid heat transfer and cooling fluid resistance characteristics in the sinter waste heat tank,in order to explore new directions of relevant experimental research,provide a reference for the subsequent research on the sinter waste heat tank,and promote its industrialization process.
