摘要

烧结机是钢铁工业中重要的设备之一,其漏风率的高低直接影响到钢铁生产过程中的能源消耗和产品质量.因此,研究烧结机漏风现状、影响因素、治理方法及其实际应用,对于提高我国钢铁工业的能源利用效率和产品质量具有重要意义.从理论分析到实际生产应用,系统阐述了目前多数企业在烧结过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出改进措施,同时,全面分析了影响烧结机漏风率的因素,总结出了可行性强的意见经验,为我国烧结机漏风的治理提供理论指导和实践参考.

Abstract

The sintering machine is one of the important equipment in the steel industry.Its air leakage directly affects the energy consumption and product quality in the steel production process.Therefore,studying the current situation,influencing factors,treatment methods and practical application analysis of the air leakage of sintering machines is of great significance for improving the energy utilization efficiency and product quality of my country's steel industry.This article systematically elaborates on the problems existing in the sintering process of most enterprises from theoretical analysis to actual production application,proposes improvement measures,and provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the control of air leakage of sintering machines in my country.Secondly,this article also comprehensively analyzes the factors affecting the air leakage of the sintering machine.Finally,some highly feasible opinions and experiences were summarized.
