摘要
随着中国经济和科学技术的不断发展,钢铁工业已成为中国最重要、发展最快的关键产业之一.然而,该行业属于高耗能行业,是全国六大高耗能行业之一.在冶金钢铁生产中,钢铁企业不仅要注重技术研发和动力支持,还要注重节能环保.针对钢铁冶金生产过程中的节能问题进行分析,深入探讨钢铁生产过程中节能技术的要点,通过应用烧结矿余热回收技术、低温余热回收技术和电机节能技术等节能技术,不断提高钢铁企业的生产效率,降低资源和能源的消耗.
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's economy and science and technology,the steel industry has become one of the most important and fastest-growing key industries in China.However,this industry belongs to a highenergy consuming industry and is one of the six high energy consuming industries in China.In metallurgical steel production,steel enterprises should not only focus on technological research and development and power support,but also pay attention to energy conservation and environmental protection.This article analyzes the energy-saving issues in the steel metallurgical production process,elaborates on the importance of energy-saving technology in the steel production process,analyzes the influencing factors of energy-saving in the steel production process,explores the key points of energy-saving technology in the steel production process,continuously improves the production efficiency of steel enterprises,and reduces resource and energy consumption.
