How to Improve the Efficiency of Continuous Casting Equipment in Intelligent Steel Production
In the steel production stage,improving the efficiency of continuous casting equipment is the most critical work content.Using continuous casting equipment to continuously cast molten steel into billets can provide support for subsequent rolling and processing operations.With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the efficiency of continuous casting equipment has also been greatly improved.However,there are still some issues that need to be addressed,such as frequent equipment failures and high energy consumption.Starting from the process of molten steel agglomeration,this study aims to explore how to further improve the efficiency of continuous casting equipment through intelligent means,in order to promote sustainable development of steel industry.
